And keep tracking non moving stock.• Deep working on consumption trend to rebalance the top 10 SNA (Stock not Available).• Coordination with OEM, Warehouse and field team for top 10 SNA to manage the calls TAT.• Coordination with Filed, Warehouse and OEM for Defective Return.• Coordination with billing team for ELS Rejection.• Part Rebalancing to close the urgent data.• Re-averaging of safety stock as per current market scenario. • Maintain hygiene parameter at Warehouse like Bin managing, Stock sequence, Stock picking ageing wise. • Arrange, prepare and execute a monthly business plan to achieve departmental goals corresponding with logistical procedures being maintained with high levels of efficiency.• Maintain daily records of incoming materials, verify appropriate receipts and quality control inspections are completed in a timely manner, and confirm invoices to verify products received and shipped accordingly.• Ensure that materials in the warehouse and business show room are stored properly, inspected and cared for through general material handling and warehousing principles.• Successfully controlled aging of inventory, keeping days on hand for product to under 30 day target• GRN, Consumption posting and coordinate with account to close the Invoice verification.• Coordination with purchase team for Tax, PO & PR related issues.• Coordination with account for transporters and service centers payment processing.• Coordination with Warehouse & Service Center’s team to close the GIT (Good in Transit).Work on SAP (MM-Tcode).
