- Led Web & Mobile App teams at Practo.- Led the API Gateway Teams for Practo Marketplace Team.- Created the "Practo Experiment Framework" - A rapid AB & MVT testing tool which allowed product teams to receive actionable insights by launching experimental features to selected demographics.- Launched and completed an API normalisation & aggregation effort for 8+ backend teams across multiple business verticals to reduce development friction and improve engineering velocity.- Led product, design & engineering for 'Practo Health Wiki' a content and engagement platform which scaled to 500k MAU within 6 months of its launch.- Oversaw the development of a unified 'Practo Home' across iOS, Android, Desktop & Mobile environments to give our users a seamless experience and understand of offerings at Practo.

I was responsible for heading engineering teams across Practo Marketplace. During my time in this role:- Owned & spearheaded a Mobile First UI development practice for all Marketplace properties- Created 30% QoQ growth through newly launched mobile first UI applications - Led development of Client API - An API gateway to aggregate data and business logic from across micro-services launched at Practo- Created and launched a system for BFF ( Backed for Frontend ) - Which helped improve performance & helped simplify development of UI applications- Brought a unified UI / UX experience for our developers and thus our users by standardising development practices under a newly launched Practo Marketplace UI Team- Launched learning programs that helped raise the bar for UI development practices at Practo

Hired and led the engineering team for Practo Synapse, a Global networking solution for doctors. I made multiple core contributions to Product, UX & Gamification ideas which led to the initial growth and success of the online networking application.The application acquired and kept 15000+ doctors engaged on the platform 5 months within launch.

Led a team of engineers which helped early stage startups materialize & launch their MVP.I worked with multiple young startups across domains like finance, travel, vanity & healthcare to deliver production ready quality products.Genii was acquired by Practo for its technology, design, and product capabilities.

Co-founded One Square pixel where we helped companies Scope, Design & Develop their Product ideas. We were two co-founders with a Four member team of Developers and Designers. My role primarily involved Business development, Engineering and Hiring. We worked with NH7 (now Insider.in), Phantom Films, Tata LitLive Festival, Gibson Guitar and others.

Led the development of NH7 Festivapp. I was responsible for planning and execution of backend development for this application.Led Backend & UI development of NH7 inTown and did pivotal contributions to UX and Product. inTown was a mobile application which helped users find engaging activities to do in your city. This application saw great growth and was scaled to across 25 cities in India.

I worked on NH7.in and helped build their online E-commerce and Ticketing solutions which were used for all offline events held and managed by OML across the country.
