• Integral force for a Compliance program that encompasses 2 banks servicing 90+ retail clients with 120+ individual credit programs. V, TCPA, USA Patriot Act (USAPA), etc.). • Ensuring legal compliance as a Compliance PM and SME on a number of global projects including Bilingual functionality, mobile prescreen set up, web application integration, co-brand set up, and new client implementations.

Managed direct mail and E-mail marketing campaigns from planning, segmentation, test strategy and execution to analysis. Interfaced with key stakeholders in the company and presented findings and recommendations in a clear comprehensive fashion that is understandable to audiences of varying technical backgrounds. Worked closely with marketing manager to align on testing and branding strategies, including test panel list selection and size determination for statistical significance. Post analysis includes comparing segment benchmarks and test results to determine success or significance of target demographic choices and tests.

Developed and implemented strategic initiatives for over 50 Chase clients and affiliates to ensure compliance with OCC Federal Regulations and mortgage banking guidelines. Managed required local/state/federal foreclosure documents in 15 states. Communicated across multiple levels and lines of business to ensure deadlines and regulations are being upheld. Act as corporate liaison between government officials, law firms, and Chase Corporate to limit bank’s legal exposure and to implement the developed initiatives. Execute all internal quality control audits within my 25-person department. All duties were performed while pursuing my MBA on a full-time basis.
