I am Devika M S, have completed post graduation in Microbiology under Mahatma Gandhi university in the year 2021 and acquired my graduation from university of kerala for BSc Biochemistry and Industrial microbiology in the year 2019. I am applying for the post of Microbiologist.I am also passionate in doing PhD in related field. I do have a theoretical and practical knowledge in food and Industrial Microbiology, because that was my core subject in my bachelor's degree.I am familiar with the microbiological techniques used for isolating microorganisms from food samples for quality control, and I am able to maintain a proper aseptic technique and condition in my working area. I am willing to accept all of the roles and responsibilities that come with working as a microbiologist in your organisation. I have a solid foundation in food microbiology, as well as extensive scientific experience in microorganism physiology and microbiological risk assessment, including CCP and HACCP. I have experimental, analytical, and critical thinking skills. I also have strong analytical, communication, and technical writing abilities.My laboratory experience :Isolation , identification and categorization of microorganisms.Preparation of media,reagents and materials as needed for laboratory testing.Screened food, water and environmental samples to detect various pathogens.Have the knowledge in using standard laboratory equipment including pH meter, microscope, balance, incubator, autoclave,centrifuge, oven, pipettes, and filter units etc.Have analysed BOD,DO etc of water samples. last year with 8
