About Devika Rajeev
Since graduating from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2009, I have had a diverse career with exposure to multiple industries and HR disciplines across both established MNCs and Indian start-ups. In my last stint, I was the Head - People & Culture at Sattva Consulting, one of the largest consulting organizations in India. In this role, my team and I owned the entire people portfolio for the organization, right from Talent Acquisition to Learning & Development to HR Business Partnering and People Processes. Being one of the earliest HR hires at Sattva, I built the people systems and processes from the ground up and helped steer the organization during its growth from 140 people to close to 500 at its peak. I started my career with Wipro Ltd, where I was part of the CoE team that owned people processes such as performance management, career growth, recognition, etc globally for the IT services major. My stint as part of the Leadership Consulting practice at Heidrick & Struggles gave me a lasting interest in leadership development, which would lead me to later taking up a coaching certification. This role also gave me early exposure to working with senior stakeholders. My last experience was with Ola Cabs, where I gained an exposure to Rewards as a portfolio and, of course, to working in a fast-paced start-up environment.During these fifteen years, I have also taken breaks from full-time work, both for parenting reasons and to explore my other interests and passions; I mention this because I firmly believe that these breaks have been valuable in making me a well-rounded professional, with practical empathy at my core.I am currently working towards an ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation.
