My roles at Expedia include the following description:- Maintaining 80 key account hotels in the assigned market (Denpasar) by maximizing incremental revenue from Expedia Group.- Developing and sustaining strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services to hotel partners (revenue management advice, market trends update, marketing opportunities).- Ensure that partner hotels’ products (content, rates, and availability) are consistently optimized on the Expedia sites to maximize customer conversion.- Assist hotel partners to improve the marketing, distribution potential from partner participation in the Expedia marketplace, and maintaining strong partner relations with a positive attitude and outgoing nature.- Represent Expedia in the local market, build Expedia’s company profile with key local influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.), and provide expertise to the local industry.Achievements:- Key account management of the top-value 80 hotels portfolio in Indonesia region's key market of Denpasar with $1.2M account value. - Improved product margin of key account hotels by 15% through the market and competitor trends assessment on monthly strategy reviews to hotel executives.- Generated revenue uplift of the Santika Group strategic account in Indonesia region by 15% through HQ collaboration that was resulted in the workflow improvement.- Succeeded to optimize the competitiveness and conversion rate by 5% above the target of a portfolio of 500 hotels in the assigned market on Expedia Group sites.- Achieved 90% on every promotional campaigns participation- My team won 10 monthly awards within APAC, 1 Star award (quarterly) within Indonesia and 2 annual awards various field, from revenue to performance metrics awards
