As an E-3 Program Manager at the Department of Defense (DoD), I manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex defense acquisition projects. I collaborate with multiple stakeholders and partners, such as contractors, suppliers, engineers, and military personnel, to ensure the quality, performance, and compliance of the E-3 aircraft systems and subsystems.With more than four years of experience in defense acquisition, I have developed strong analytical skills, leadership skills, and project management skills. I have successfully managed statements of work, budgets, contracts, and risks, and delivered multiple projects on time and within budget. I am currently pursuing my MBA degree at South Eastern Oklahoma State University, where I am enhancing my management and analytical skills, and learning about business strategy, finance, and operations. My goal is to contribute to the national security and defense mission by applying my expertise and competencies in defense acquisition. I am passionate about learning, innovation, and teamwork, and I value integrity, excellence, and service.
