As Senior Director of Business Development, the first at Raba Kistner. I oversee and coordinate client relations and retention, search for project opportunities and disseminate information recovered throughout the Austin Corridor Metropolitan Area; approximately San Antonio to Waco, Marble Falls to Rockdale. I coordinate and host a Bi-Monthly Corridor BD Mtg with attendees from Austin, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Dallas and Houston. I coordinate and host a Bi-Monthly Corporate BD Team Mtg with all other statewide BD Professionals attending. I attend all Austin Office Mtgs. I codeveloped and host Annual Market Makers Series for young engineers and project managers for "Doer/Seller" training. I host a Bi-Monthly Austin Growth Doer Seller Training. I pursue all disciplines; Private, Public, Higher Ed and K-12, and Special Projects like P3. I am involved with many regional associations and their committees; LEEF (Leander Education Excellence Foundation), SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services), ULI (Urban Land Institute), A4LE (Association For Learning Environments), RECA (Real Estate Council Austin), WTS (Women Transportation Seminar) and others.

I was recently promoted to Associate, only the second business development professional within Raba Kistner to receive this title. I am responsible for project pursuits and client management and retention for our Austin and New Braunfels divisions, with my coverage area extending from Waco to San Antonio. I excel at building and maintaining relationships and utilize my extensive network to uncover and validate project leads. I currently serve in leadership roles in various industry organizations and provide "seller doer" training to our technical professionals.

I served in a business development role, first in San Antonio then in Austin after I was asked to take over business development duties there. Since joining the Austin division in 2009, I have been an integral team member with responsibility for growing our Central Texas market. I utilize my extensive network to uncover and validate leads and to position my company for geotechnical, materials testing, environmental and project management opportunities. I also lead "seller doer" training for our technical professionals.
