Assisting the coordination of student activities, recitals, audio technicians, and inventory management for the Azusa Pacific University School of Music.Primary responsibilities included overseeing equipment rentals, scheduling and payment forms for audio technicians as well as equipment used for all School of Music events, equipment transportation, School of Music facilities management, and recital hosting.Key accomplishments included developing new online administrative resources for the Music Assistant team, maintaining and organizing equipment records following the medical leave of a key member of management, organizing audio for dozens of student recitals and school concerts (while actively a full-time student and presenting my own senior capstone recital), and driving a full 30-foot semitruck through Hollywood to Warner Bros Studios for an orchestral showcase.

Primary responsibilities include operating ride machinery while safely following all operational guidelines and procedures, meeting guest needs and providing mediation and conflict resolution when problems arose, guest communication and show operations, and more.

Freshman and Sophomore living area advisor. This role gave me opportunities to supervise, mentor, and lead newer students. My priorities were their safety and well-being. I was responsible for upkeeping policies in the living areas and providing guidance and support for students when necessary. I responded to a variety of emergency health and mental health crises during my time in this role. I worked on teams to plan and coordinate living area and school-wide events. I received extensive crisis, counseling, and conflict resolution training through Azusa Pacific University prior to each year that I utilize on an ongoing basis.

Coordinator for the Azusa Pacific University Honors College Auxilium Mentoring Program. Following the collapse of the program, I took the initiative to collect data from students and design a new vision for its operation. The goal was to take a multi-faceted approach and provide resources to new students that would help meet their intellectual and emotional needs and provide a network for them to reach out to in their first year of the program. In my interview for the position, I presented my plan and was promptly hired to implement it.Key responsibilities included developing an organizational hierarchy of mentorship, developing the description of the mentor role, hiring mentors, designing training to accomplish the goals of the position, scheduling and leading collaborative meetings for mentors, planning events for the program to bring all members together, and collecting feedback to inform further development of the program and its branding. The program saw great success immediately and the Honors Program overall saw an increase in the grades and retention of its new students.

Primary responsibilities included proper handling of confidential records and documents, extremely detail-oriented organization of newly-digital employee files, and occasionally managing the front-desk.
