The Lead Pre-Roll Technician is responsible for the production of various sizes of pre-rolls, including half-gram and full-gram joints, as well as rosin-infused joints. Highly proficient in the operation of the Accelerant Manufacturing PRO2 Pre-Roll Machine. This role involves sorting flower, milling and infusion with live resin oil and live rosin to produce high-quality pre-rolls in compliance with regulatory standards.- Sort and prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, ensuring consistent quality and weight.- Produce pre-rolls of various sizes (half-gram, full-gram) using manual or automated rolling techniques.- Create live rosin-infused joints by infusing rosin to cannabis material with precision and consistency.- Conduct quality checks on pre-rolls to ensure they meet company standards for size, weight, and appearance.- Maintain detailed records of production batches, including flower strain, weight, and any additives used.- Clean and maintain rolling equipment and work areas to ensure a hygienic production environment.- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding cannabis production and handling.- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.- Assist with packaging and labeling pre-rolls as needed.- Maintain inventory of production supplies and report any shortages to management.- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and safety.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Support member of the Distillation and Crystallization team.This position reports directly to Lab Director and is responsible for the following:• Safe operation and troubleshooting of Wiped-Film Evaporator, Rotary Evaporator and Winterization / Filtration systems.• Carry out all assigned duties including but not limited to extraction, extract processing, product formulation, filling and other manufacturing responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner that also complies with State Regulations, FDA cGMP’s, OSHA regulations, Jetty SOP’s, and all applicable laboratory procedures.• Maintain the inventory responsibility of all raw materials, finished products, and by-products of the cannabis manufacturing process.• Maintain the proactive behavior around the manufacturing facility.• Develop expertise in extraction, refining, testing and formulating methods of various cannabis compounds.• Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment. Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on associated equipment as required.• Safe and efficient handling of hazardous materials (ethanol, xylenes, n-heptane).• Coordinating sample submission for internal testing of raw materials and interpreting results.

As a labeling and design specialist, it would be your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the compliance labeling needed for Jetty Extracts products once test results are available for a specific production batch. In addition, the specialist would assist the Marketing Design team with packaging and design changes. Some of the requirements and responsibilities of the Labeling and Design Specialist role include: ● Utilize printer hardware (Roland SG-300 and Afinia L801) and software (Roland VersaWorks) to print necessary compliance labels and marketing materials.● Utilize appropriate software (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) to edit and design compliance labels and marketing materials● Update and manage variable data on all released compliance label files and maintain an updated shared folder and Jetty Product & Label guide that includes current labels for all products.● Train necessary backups to print labels, as needed.● Periodically support the Marketing team with packaging and design changes, item revisions and resizing. Including versioning approved variable data labels, updating UPC art, resizing or designing marketing assets (logos, banner ads, etc.).● Assist with photography and digital media needs.● Manage variable data printing to support production automation.● Additional responsibilities as required by management.
