Code Enforcement and Zoning Enforcement (Feb. 2007 – October 2009)•Researched code enforcement, zoning regulations, and city ordinances for the determination of relevant violations and for the planning of corrective actions.• Provide recommendations through policy interpretations that assist in implementing and enforcing civil citations. •Attended court sessions as a City representative in a witness capacity, to obtain judicial settlement of civil actions taken against violators of the relevant codes, regulations, and/or ordinances. •Located and reported health and safety concerns within the City of Piqua.•Maintained oversight (Record Keeping and History Files) of more than 2,000 health, code enforcement, zoning, and/or nuisance violations.
