• Provide program planning and financial management support to a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Program Manager (PM).
• Manage 20 contracts and grants for the DARPA Biological Technologies Office with a combined value of 40 million dollars.
• Monitor and update budgets for a Program Manager by staying abreast of the commitment, obligation, and expenditure status, making adjustments after contract negotiations, and providing updates to management. Plan.
• Extensive experience with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial system; responsible for the creation of Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) and internal Purchase Requests (PR).
• Monitor monthly financial reports from the performers and DAI to ensure that monthly expenditure rates are met.
• Prepare program briefs and charts in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
