Most work for DoorDash is done using the DoorDasher Driver App. Through the app a driver:-Accepts or Denies orders as they are presented-Drive to the store at which your order is located -Go in & confirm all items are correct with order -At this time one may need to contact the customer if any items of their order cannot be fulfilled-Once the order is picked up from the store, proceed to customer's location -Present the customer with the order or place the order in the desired location-Assist the customer with any error with their order by connecting them with Dasher support and maintaining an understanding and apologetic tone
