Conducted and facilitated negotiations for licensing and intellectual property ownership transfer agreements, developed global and domestic intellectual property gap filing and general protection strategies, advised on and developed intellectual property infringement policies and procedures, and enforced the intellectual property rights of corporate clients across a variety of internet infringement matters including Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) violations, cybersquatting, and unauthorized use of intellectual property assets. Advised on, drafted, and revised corporate Terms and Conditions, internet Cookie, Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information, and Privacy policies, and provided strategic analysis and advising to clients on the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Assisted corporate clients in amending existing privacy policies for compliance with implementation of the new California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and upcoming Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA). Developed global and international strategies for the protection of digital assets in Web3 spaces, and provided strategic analysis and detailed presentations for corporate clients on the advantages and disadvantages of expanding into NFT and cryptocurrency ventures.
