 This role has been contracted through Cadre to present Run reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly timeframe depending on application and brand. Pull data out of Genesis, SAP, Cognos, S4, and BOBJ daily. Analyze all data to ensure there are no errors with the report or reporting system. Address errors asneeded. Update the Kipling databases daily in Access. Preform monthly S&OP reporting on bulks, cancels, open RA’s, returns, and warranty items. Preform seasonal SOX audits for each brand. Complete monthly chargeback reporting. Ability to create reports from scratch in Cognos and BOBJ. Address Ad Hoc requests as they are received and complete in a timely manner. Preform order entry, order revisions, cancelations, credits, and return authorizations Regularly performs work in Excel.

 Perform non-routine cost control assignments which require application of control principles,techniques, technical knowledge and resource monitoring of construction activities. Calculate material/work quantity requirements, monitor progress, percent complete, etc. Update construction forecast to reflect updated plans and provide cost data for such items as changerequests, bid comparisons, etc. Perform tasks required to develop and maintain budgets for a portion of a project. This includes laborrates, invoices, collecting actual rates, monitoring progress. Performs non-routine scheduling and planning assignments required to develop and maintain schedulesfor a portion of, or complete project. Includes collection of actual quantities installed per schedule,assess progress data supplied by others, and visual inspection. Enters data into computer, debugs and corrects computer data.
