The Unsigned League powered by Overseas Connection is a showcase taking place in Madrid Spain, Paris France & Rome Italy. As Director of the Unsigned League my responsibilities are:-keep track of player logistics as they arrive in Europe-Basketball Operations throughout the week of all 3 sessions -Transcribe all basketball statistics and upload to website-Broadcast and live stream all games throughout the showcase-manage social media pages with photo and video content-hire staff to work the showcases in all foreign cities.

Just Play is a tech start up with a mobile app that is bringing pickup sports to recreational athletes around the world. My responsibilities in this role are as follows.- Select City and Sport to begin sports development management project: Atlanta Basketball- Design a business plan meant to build Atlanta Basketball from the ground to 10 games a week- Create Business Social media accounts from scratch, Instagram, Facebook, Meetup- Weekly Graphic designs and video edits across all platforms to expand reach and build community of basketball players in Atlanta.- Organic research to basketball gyms and facilities all across Atlanta and the surrounding areas.- Book specific gym times on a week to week basis for basketball runs across multiple locations- Learn and implement edits to the mobile app, then add every game to the app so that all players can see the games and pay to sign up for a run directly on the mobile app.- Keep track of all purchases on my just play account. Purchases being Gym rentals, Basketballs, or marketing costs.- Keep track of all revenue from sales across the Just Play app.- Build a sustainable business model that will continue to be successful for years to come.Accomplishments - Grew revenue 337.78% from month 1 to month 2.- On pace for fastest growth throughout all business markets in the company.

Overseas Connection is a tech based company founded in 2020 with the hopes of connecting basketball players to pro teams worldwide. The mobile app acts as a platform that players can use to make a profile and apply to professional basketball jobs across the world. Overseas Connection is also the Umbrella company for other entities such as The Overseas Combine, Spain Showcase, Praia League, Cabo Verde Basketball league, and the Euro Summer League. My duties as Head of Basketball Operations were as follows.- Head the Basketball Operations role for the Overseas Combine.- Head the Basketball Operations role for the Spain Showcase.- Head the Basketball Operations role for the Praia League.- Head the International Affairs role for the Cabo Verde Basketball League.

Praia, Cape Verde

The Cabo Verde Basketball League or CVBL is the expansion league of the "Praia League". My responsibilities as Head of International Affairs are as follows. The main difference is the inclusion of many of the other islands that make up Cabo Verde having their own teams in the league. With expansion comes more responsibility as well. This year as Head of International Affairs i was in charge of the full combine tour in which we held try outs around the country with sold out cities across the United States. These players were cometing to have an invitation to training camp in Cape Verde, training camp consisted of 100 Americans flying in to Praia and competing for about 2 weeks for a chance to be drafted to the CVBL. Some of my responsibilities throughout all of this include Scouting/player development, handling logistics, player transportation, social media marketing, broadcasting of training camp games and CVBL Draft as well.

- Manufacture the entire online presence of the Pennsylvania Kings professional basketball club- Create social media presence of the Kings. ( Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) - Build and design team website from scratch. - Design the kings entire merchandise catalog including clothing and luggage, add the merch to team website and place everything up for sale.- Generate graphic designs for social media posts and video editing for reels on instagram.- Communicate with all team and league staff regarding any and all things Kings media.- Manufacture YouTube channel and consistently upload game film to channel. - Conduct cold outreach to basketball players in the Lancaster area who may want to try out for the kings.- Automate sales from the team shopify account to be easy to understand for team owners and general manager.

Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain

In September of 2021 the Overseas Basketball Connection team held the Spain Showcase in Zaragoza Spain. My duties as Head of Basketball operations were as follows.- Conduct cold outreach to college seniors and pro basketball players around the country and the world. (Call, Direct message, and email)- Guide a combine and scouting team on a country wide Spain Showcase city tour. (Philadelphia, Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Las Vegas & New York.) - Conducted the recruiting process of selecting 100 american players to fly in to Barcelona then take the bus ride to Zaragoza. - Organize housing arrangements for players and staff across 3 different hotels near Alfinden Gymnasium.- Calculate costs for staff and player meals for the 2 weeks of the showcase.- Direct Basketball operations for the showcase. (schedule practices, games and scrimmages)- Keep track of all equipment. (Merchandise, jerseys, i pads, tripods and cameras)- Oversee Covid testing for all players traveling back to the United States.

Praia, Cape Verde

Head of Basketball Operations of the Praia League for its inaugural season. The Praia League is the first professional basketball league in the country of Cape Verde, located in the city of Praia. My responsibilities throughout this role were as follows.- Conduct cold outreach to college seniors and pro basketball players around the country and the world. (Call, Direct message, and email)- Guide a combine and scouting team on a country wide Praia League Combine tour. (Washington DC, Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Las Vegas & New York.) - Ensure all staff housing and transportation are taken care of on the tour.- Conduct the recruiting process of selecting 16 american players to be drafted and be imports for the Praia Leagues inaugural season.- Schedule all flights from the United States to Praia, Cape Verde for all of the Draftees.- Create meal plan and meal schedule for all players staying on the island.- Manufacture player gym schedule for games, practices, scrimmages and events.- Direct and oversea all basketball operations for the 1 month long season.- Post all media content to social media pages: media photos, game highlights and league announcements in English, Portuguese and Kriolu.- Oversea the live stream and broadcast of all Praia League games.- Keep track of all basketball and broadcast media equipment. - Upload all player stats to league website

I was a dietary aide at a Five Star Quality Care assisted living facility called "Somerford" for 6 years. Some of my responsibilities while in this role are as follows. - Keeping track of and sorting out all new inventory that came into the facility. - Plating food for five star residents. - Prep Chef, setting menu for the week and preparing singular items that may need prepping.- Working and helping run social and holiday events run by the facility. - Being in constant contact with the residents for any wants or needs they may have.
