As a Site Administrator, I am a contact point for many different people. I work closely with our patients' families, as well as with our clinicians, team members, and directors. I currently work for our Overland Park location and support our Springfield, OH location remotely, along with the occasional support of our 3 other OH divisions and our Michigan.

I would implement programs, made by our clinicians, 1:1 with a patient. Programs varied across patients based on their needs and skill levels, therefore I was training on how to implement several type of programs for both skill acquisition as well as behavior reduction. After being with the company for a little over a year, I was promoted to a Senior.

As a Student Coordinator of the Alumni Relations office, I communicate effectively with the Director of Alumni Relations. I answer questions of alumni, students, or others on the phone, in an e-mail or in person. I help create our weekly newsletter that is sent to all faculty, alumni, and many others. I assist with set up and planning of events.
