To manage and control the total scope of services as defined in the Contract Documents while maintaining the profitability objectives of the company. Assigned one or multiple projects to manage simultaneously and having building and construction experience, in addition to a strong business acumen with the ability to help develop, implement, and manage the overall business plan. Provide leadership, technical construction experience and market specific insight to ensure the best possible outcomes for projects.

Primary responsibility including Site Supervision and Assisting Project Manager. Responsibility will include but not limited to Managing day to day activities on job site with company work force, coordinating subcontractor scope of work, create work schedules, RFI, change orders submittal and approvals, Project scheduling monthly updates, negotiating with vendors and placing material. Responsibility also includes attending by-weekly meetings and coordination between Architect, Owner, vendors, Subcontractors and reporting weekly updates to the company president.

Drafted floor plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, for GSRO Corporate Building. Developed 3D Visual drawings for Dubai Pavilion Design Competition, with Geometrical Parametric Facade design. Researched and developed conceptual ideas for new Residential Design projects & Furniture Product Design.
