Providing leadership to drive the vision, strategy and execution for Eaton’s Global HR Shared services organization in alignment with Eaton’s overall HR Strategy. Leading a global team to deliver and innovate through automation, process improvement and systems enhancements to add value, deliver service excellence and provide best in class user experience to all 94000 Eaton employees. Responsible for high quality and high accuracy shared services processes including Data Management, Workforce Administration, Hiring and Onboarding, Pay and Compensation, Benefits administration, Mobility, Contingent Labor, etc.

Leading HR services for around 20000 employees across 10 countries in Asia Pacific Region. The HRS team members spread across multiple locations in the Region provide lifecycle , Payroll and Data management support to the Business.

Managing the entire gamut of Human Capital building, right from strategic alignment of the HR Function to support Business growth and expansion to include hiring, development, retention of talent, including employees and leaders at all levels in the Organization.

Introduced the Ombuds Program to India employees of Eaton. Ombuds at Eaton is a "Neutral, Independent " person with whom any employee can speak "informally and confidentially" about work related issues and concerns. And subsequenlty launched the Program to employees across South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.

I was part of a Greenfield Project for Eaton at Ranjangaon, Pune and was leading the HR Function to establish the Organization including hiring Talent across all levels and functions, establishing HR Processes, Talent management and retention processes, and most importantly laying a strong foundation of the Eaton Culture at the brand new Facility. Also as part of the Leadership Team of the Business was a critical part of the Operational and Strategic Business decision making process

Served more than 10 years in the Army, in the Army Ordnance Corps, across all te major Commands, and was awared the "GOC-in-C Commendation Card" by the Eastern Sector Army Commander for exceptional service.
