I have 22 years of military service as an Air Traffic Control Facility Manager and Senior Operations Leader. I am currently utilizing the organizational management skills I’ve learned to build teams with Amazon as an Operations Manager. I have notable skill in creating long range program plans, milestones, and objectives that affect large amounts of people. I possess valuable experience in fostering and keeping working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. I have hands-on experience in Program Management for several Naval programs that includes Equal Opportunity, Suicide Prevention, and Drug and Alcohol Education. I have gained experience in Project Management also by leading the building renovations and mission/watchfloor overhauls for a Naval Air Traffic Control Facility with a budget up to three million dollars. I am proactive, empathic, results driven, and take ownership for every project, task, or goal, from it's start to completion, all while ensuring the highest of standards are consistently attained.
