Current- Being the face of Sprinto for the client - regularly interacting to ensure key product updates are shared proactively and the client is successful in their journey with Sprinto
- Owning Pod level OKRs - tracking progress and ensuring planned activities meet the desired outcomes
- Client Onboarding - Onboarding clients onto the Sprinto platform and giving them a top-notch client experience
- Customer Advocacy - Driving client engagement and amplifying brand reputation through G2 reviews, Case Studies, Video testimonials, etc.
- Client Retention and Upsell - Owning a client portfolio and ensuring that other than retaining, the revenue from the given portfolio is also grown
- Mentoring new team members and helping them meet their goals
