I have several years of product management, software implementation, and business consulting experience. I offer an outstanding combination of real-world knowledge and academic success. My time in the academic world gave me a solid foundation of the underlying functions of a business. As a compliment to that academic knowledge, I have spent several years working with customers of various sizes in the Technology Service Provider space. In my role as a product manager, I am able to unleash my passion for customers to be successful and transform their business while fully implementing and adopting our products. In this light, I have helped formalize the product roadmap, launch integrations with multiple platforms, and help both internal and external teams understand the product both prior to and after the launch of key features. As a consultant, I was focused on engagements that leveraged over $100k of ARR. I reported to customers and internal stakeholders and liaised between many internal teams during engagements. I was consistently one of the top 5 billable and utilized consultants on my team with over 10,000 hours of combined onsite and remote consulting experience.
