Work as Program Director in Functional Neurology. Holistic approach to helping children with learning disabilities. We are the only centers that are a hemispheric approach and assess the child to see which side of the brain has a functional disconnect. We than do intense stimulation through sensory motor and cognitive to mature the weaker hemisphere. Nutrition is also a big part of the program. My responsibilities include Managing all children s programs, marketing to schools, parent reports and conferences, Center tours and signing up future families, assessing the child through auditory, visual, proprioception, equilibrium, fine motor, core strength, and administering the WIAT 3 cognitive exam. I also do staff meetings and motivational exercises. I am proficient in management skills and sales and working with children with developmental delays.

Started as an After School Counselor part-time. I was a Teacher Assistant and Preschool Teacher. I was one of the original staff at the first location at Alphabetland Preschool in Coral Springs. I was moved to a Director position in 1996. I was promoted to Area Supervisor and and Executive Management within 2 years after. I left position with the CFO and other management associates to start a new company.
