CurrentComplete management of the Engineering Design, Fabrication, Procurement, Construction, and Construction Management (EPCA) Project delivery team for the GIDS subsystem on the high-profile Province of Ontario’s $19B 15 station “standalone” GOA4 Autonomous Train Control (ATC) line: subway tunnels, at-grade shared corridor Go Transit Commuter rail system, elevated guideway, and a new Operations Maintenance Service Facility (OMSF)• Key team member negotiating and finalizing commercial and technical terms for the Agreement ($23M) between QCA and Hitachi Canada Inc., and defined the detailed budgetary cash flow responsible for ongoing cost control forecasting, invoicing, and reporting.• Everyday management of a total of over 50 stakeholders across North America and Europe from QCA, Connect 6ix/Hitachi, Metrolinx, Rockwell, and other related Engineering Consulting, Construction, Fabricators, Installation Contractor services, equipment, and material providers. Including: Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Delivery, Operations, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, and Architecture technical/Engineering areas interface control description/definition representation.• Planning, development, scheduling, and definition the site specific GIDS subsystem Project execution through concept, design, procurement, FAT, construction/installation, commissioning, training, SIT/SAT, into Trail Running, Revenue Service, warranty, and planned obsolescence for execution over 6 to 8 years.• Strict adherence of: CENELEC 50128, 50129, 50126, ASCE 21, and all other Metrolinx and Hitachi technical specifications, methodology, industry standards, and relative Project Agreements for design, construction, installation, integration, and testing including RAMS definition and management.• Refinement and development of change order optional items valuing over $12.7M of additional scope.• Hired, trained staff, and led the development of new complex PMO Project processes and procedures.
