I helped train the team with the guidelines provided by Sierra Space using their product systems like Siemens NX, Solidworks, and PTC Windchill. We also used their activity tracking system of JIRA to develop tasks for each change needed as designated by their on-the-floor engineers and designers. We worked hand-in-hand with an on-site team that gave us changes made from the production floor. I assisted the team on developing best paths of action for each task and trained them to become self-sufficient in making intellectual decisions for design and drafting choices. I communicated to the customer progress and tracked metrics for company wide decision making.I have worked with small customers as well leading team members on small drafting projects as well as large ones, checking work, verifying engineering decisions made for detailing and design and also have implemented changes requested by the customer on specific products (such as models and drawings),I have worked with HDT Global most recently helping develop new product for their customer base. I have helped make design choices for engineering needs and worked models and drawings as needed for design fabrication.I have worked with Lantech leading a team to handle data migration by transferring and correcting previous Inventor files to Solidworks. We have developed processes for them and worked with their internal team to correct existing translated models and drawings and restoring them to their current revisions.I have led a small team on multiple projects within the company while continuing my duties to lead other team members and manage all of my project manager duties, such as funding tracking, proposal writing, and team tag ups. Traveled for a year to their Philadelphia location where I worked with my on-site team developing modifications to their internal designs. We spent 50+ hours per week modeling and designing electro-mechanical components including busbars, wire routing, and electro-mechanical component housing.I worked with GE Aviation dealing directly with their engineers making design changes on drawings and applying my knowledge and expertise on design changes to optimize design iterations. Learned a lot about full product definition as well as a structured rubric for detailing from start to finish.I have worked with Boeing on airframes and bracketry for wiring and other vendor components used within the aircraft. Developed drawings based on previous designs.I then transitioned to leading a few different projects:I led a team in Cincinnati to do more design and detail work for L3 Harris, using my previous knowledge of their tendencies and structure to have an entirely new team develop the same style of products back to the customer.I worked independently on a rig design for GE. Seeing the previous iteration of the product through to semi-completion after new design changes per the customer. I learned to manage a project budget and learned how to better interface with the customer and deliver what was needed.I went on-site to Edge Autonomy (Jennings) out in San Luis Obispo California where I worked with a small team and developed an organized structure to their BOMs for their in-house assemblies. I was working full time from April til August and switched to part time at the end of August (20 hrs/week) to focus on job hunting within my degree.

Through the co-op program enforced by Louisville, I interviewed with and landed a job with Reynolds. I worked under a senior engineer along side a mechanical engineering manager. I was given neglected projects and brought each of them into fruition. I called delinquent customers to schedule pay dates, answered any questions from inquiring callers, and assisted in-house browsers with any concerns. I assisted in keeping overall delinquency down beneath 18% each month, contributed about 5-8% in overall sales, and helped rearrange the showroom floor. I worked in the summers from 2010 to 2016 working 40+ hours a week.
