I then accepted a job offer at a firm in Philadelphia specializing in railroad defense litigation in May 2011.In July of 2014 I accepted an in house position at Aetna on the Consumer Litigation team where I handled a diverse portfolio of health benefit, provider, group insurance, complex litigation, corporate risk matters, and FTC investigations, as well as manage our bankruptcy project which oversees millions of dollars in recoveries for the company. In 2017 I added Privacy matters, PHI Best Practices, and PHI Coordinator to my responsibilities as Aetna became the industry leader in protecting member PHI/PII.In 2020 I accepted a position as Supervisor, adding to my job duties while continuing to handle my Paralegal duties.
