With over a decade of experience in various industries, I am a data-driven supply chain professional who leverages data analysis, inventory optimization, materials planning, and Power BI skills to solve business problems and improve efficiency. Currently, I lead all materials planning (raw materials, plant spares, and finished goods) at Amreli Steels Limited, the highest selling long steel manufacturer in Pakistan. I am also responsible for implementing Power BI to support planning and decision-making. In my previous roles at Amreli Steels, I initiated several initiatives to reduce costs, increase sales dispatches, implement FIFO, and set up a new warehouse. I also designed and implemented the company's customer experience program, which is the first in the steel industry. Before joining Amreli Steels, I worked at Dawlance Group of Companies, where I managed production and customer satisfaction. I witnessed the historic merger and acquisition by leading European home appliances manufacturer, Arcelik A.S. I started my career as a software engineer at NetSol Technologies, Pakistan's leading IT solutions exporter, where I learned software development. To complement my technical skills, I pursued a full-time MBA from IBA Karachi, one of the top business schools in the country. I also hold a BE IT degree from UET Taxila.
