Joined in Green field project at Dharuhera Plant & successfully fulfil all HR & Admin related requirements.• Recruitment of 140 Staff Members &500 Associates (Welders, Inspectors & Operators)• Obtaining of required licenses & NOCs. • Identification of office requirements and arrangement of the same.• Implementation of Company Policies & Statutory compliances. • Finalization of all contract agreements like Canteen, Security, House Keeping, Transport. • Surveys conducted related to Salary and facilities which are being given by nearest and similar companies.

• Joined as HR & IR Head for one plant having strength of 650 Employees, After two years company has transferred to Corporate HR office to implement the people practices in whole Imperial Group (20 Plants).• Organized, Company & Individual Goal Settings for 2015-16.• Practice of midyearreview & annual performance appraisals been started. • 80% target achieved of trainings in 2015 towards enhancement capability of employees in the organization. • Organizing Engagement activities in the company to improve engagement in employees.• Identification of high-potential people in the organization through a systematic approach. • Periodical audits in plants to check adherence to HR Policy/Systems& Compliances in the company.
