Group Hr Head (11 Units)
Current• Handling 11 Units having 700 Staff Members and 3500 Blue Collar Employees. • Spearheading the complete gamut of HR functions & implementation HR Functions & implementation HR policies in line with organization objectives, designing organization structure in a way to ensure achievement of business goals in adherence to HR Budgets. • Identifying and meeting the hiring requirements according to the talent acquisition execution plan; sourcing the best talent from diverse sources; managing placement, induction & orientation, transfer, promotion, and separation functions• Directing Performance Management System lifecycle and facilitating quarterly, half-yearly & annual performance review; facilitating post-appraisal counseling & feedback to enhance productivity.• Proactively designing retention strategies to curb the attrition for middle-level and top-level talent and implemented retention plan among all functions and monitoring its progress.• Design, develop & execute cross-functional programs and employee engagement initiatives to improve performance, and productivity and reduce attrition rate.• Ensuring the development and implementation of a suitable wage & salary system by conducting wage and salary surveys, their implementation, and effectiveness.• Identifying training needs & preparing training budgets, schedules/calendars in discussion with Managers, organizing T&D initiatives for improved productivity and skill enhancement; measuring the effectiveness and quality of the training program conducted.• Drive key areas of work such as employee records management, attendance records, leave management, grievance management, and HR.
