• Working on documentation of ISO14001:2004-EMS & OHSAS 18001:2007.• Reporting to Sr. officer HSE & F.• Imparts Fire-safety training to employ & Contractor’s worker (Classroom & Practical)• General Safety checking as likes PPE’s.• To Follow-up & assist the Doctor in periodical medical examination.• To assist the third party inspection person for half yearly/annual inspection of material handling equipment & maintain the records.• To assist Sr. officer in accident investigation. • To give First aid treatment & update FAC.• Routine Monitoring of vessel under construction/repair.• Supervise the confined space panting activity.• To control the unsafe action/conditions & report to concern.• To response the fire /any other EMERGENCY.\• Looking after scaffolding activity as per instruction• Responsible for inspection/maintenance of firefighting equipment.• Maintaining the record of firefighting equipment & arrangement.• Perform duty as per senior’s instruction.• Strict follow for various work permit like HOT Work Permit, HEIGHT Work Permit, PANTING Permit,R.T.Permit• Up keepment of all Fire & Safety equipment as like fire extinguisher, Fire tender, Hydrant system etc.• Record maintaining of all Fire & Safety equipment.• Propaganda of safety by displaying Safety notice, Safety instruction boards, Safety Slogan & poster.• Statutory complies pressure vessel (form no-11), lifting tool’s & tackles (Form no-10)• Audit of HSE & Fire Documentation
