Ensure maximum A/R get insured by the insurer to control loss due to bad debt.- Review payment status of aged overdue with collection team, sales team & RM/BM; monitoring daily overdue portfolio of Rs. 25-30 Cr and follow up for the same with customer and sales team.- Conducting weekly debtor ageing analysis for collection of due payment and to keep receivable under control and ensure the billing should happen as per the Credit Insurance and internal credit policy.- Filing credit insurance claims with insurer and follow up for timely claims payment.Rebate Program & MIS:- Analyzing & Submission of MIS Report on receivables, sell through performance & bottom line revenue to management and business team.- Ensure timely sell through/sell-In/inventory report submission to vendors on daily basis.- Working and provisioning of rebates in books on monthly basis.- Engagement with Vendors and business team for timely reconciliation and payment of backend rebates from vendors like HP, Dell, APC, LG, Microsoft, Lenovo, Samsung aBus
