Built Atlan (along with founders, leaders and team members) from its product-market fit days to series C (valued northwards of half a billion dollars). We went from zero in revenue to a multi-million dollar business in the last 4 years. I was leading the talent, people, and program management teams comprising of 15 members (recruiting leaders, people ops, program managers, talent partners, and recruiters) across the three regions - the US, India, and Europe.
