 Identification, understanding and framing of logical requirements for IT works in alliance with the key Process Expert and Functional Teams. Ensuring IT works, if any, are documented first. All IT works/documents should be kept updated in the Company’s Internal system. Coordinating with the Functional Teams and IT Teams for making effective, scalable, futuristic IT solutions as required by the process. In case of a new IT system development or a change, assurance of a proper communication of the same is made to the concerned department. Functional teams are regularly updated with the adequate training and knowledge of the IT solutions with its application and usage. Continuous coordination with the Functional Team is conducted to ensure a proper draft is delivered for IT requirements or user manual of systems. Solving and answering queries related to system, with functional and IT teams. Ensuring business needs are met in a cost-effective manner. Ensuring the testing of IT developments is made in the line with the user expectations and documentation. Consulting, coordinating, prioritizing & seeking guidance from HOD on IT related works. Reporting & updating status to HOD for the developments and changes made in the system. Process auditing by identifying and minimizing gap between actual practiced process and documented process.
