Current• Work with 10+ healthcare clients to develop and ensure customized solutions that address their specific needs, requirements and challenges for the most optimal outcomes.• Develop and implement a client feedback program to gather insights on service quality and client satisfaction, while using feedback to make informed improvements to services and processes.• Share knowledge and best practices to develop the skills and capabilities to better train, mentor, and handle several delivery managers, 15+ recruiters, onboarding team and compliance team to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction.• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions, service deliveries, and account activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
