Team lead for strategy and development of Customer Insight & Analysis program for Americas Field Marketing. Co-managed 5 analysts to create and build “CIA Platform” (SASVA) designed to host 4 different Marketing analysis/action dashboards to answer questions regarding campaign and program effectiveness, how to target customers, increase sales and drive teams to make better investment decisions with marketing budgets.• Directed “Listening Tour” to engage senior sales/marketing leadership and strategists from 10 AFM organizations to define and prioritize campaign data, leads and reporting requirements ensuring that results were measurable, helped drive revenue or accelerated sales cycles resulting in better alignment, strategy and communications between sales and marketing. • Collaborated with senior sales executives and analyst team to generate “sales alerts” from data and CRM engines delivering real-real time customer behavior and digital footprint intel to sales teams that allowed them to react more quickly to buying signals and increased sales accepted leads by 6%.• Created communication plan delivering monthly content that supported the CIA Dashboard Platform by branding the program, creating awareness and driving education, training and skill set development. • Contact Insight dashboard #1 most-used by AFM marketing teams to assess customer journey and digital footprints for Cisco.com, Twitter and LinkedIn data resulting in an increase for incremental leads and revenue for US Commercial Select Sales team of 8% 1HFY16.
