As a Compliance Manager, my duties include:Identify government reporting regulations affecting the Human Resources function (i.e. Section 3, Fannie Lewis, Davis Bacon, City, CMHA, HUD, etc.). Process all paperwork required for a variety of projects and submit to the appropriate contact(s).Prepare analysis of requested information or data on an as needed basis.Enforcement of policy for all subcontractors who are submitting the required documentation or submitting incomplete or inaccurate documents.Provide ongoing education and training for appropriate personnel on all existing and new compliance requirements, as well as changes to the requirements.Work with project owners/developers to identify and ensure compliance with various EEO requirements on specific projects.Internally, identify all potential jobs/situations where EEO reporting regulations apply.E-Verify.I-29 State of Ohio filing.Participate in hiring halls and screening of Participating Area Residents.Work with subcontractors to ensure that they are meeting all requirements. Schedule meetings with subcontractors to review required paperwork before the start of a project.New Hires (orientation, drug testing, background checks, calling the union to verify status).Assist in training Developers and Subcontractors on how to utilize reporting software; LCPtracker, B2Gnow, Elation, ODOT payroll system and other misc. software necessary.Create Excel tracking spreadsheets and workbooks.Create and present Power Point presentations.
