Developed and implemented engaging activities for ForeverWell (55+) members including fitness, social, and educational events. I worked closely with the local community to establish learning opportunities for the senior members that were close to home. I also found free/low-cost options to keep members connected and engaged throughout the COVID pandemic. Keeping this older population connected with each other and not feeling isolated was pivotal to their mental, physical and emotional health. While working as the ForeverWell Coordinator with the YMCA, I upheld the mission of the organization to serve the community and develop programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. In addition to running the ForeverWell programming, I obtained certifications and taught a variety of fitness classes, ranging from youth to senior citizen-level programming.
