PattonOriginally from Harrisburg, PA I transplanted myself in early 2012 to Bentonville, AR to start my career with Walmart and be with my pilot-husband, Sean. We have 5 fabulous fur-kids | 3 Great Danes and 2 cats. When I'm not spending time with my Sean and the furbabies, I enjoy the outdoors, gym, gardening, and horse-back-riding. My career at Walmart has been nothing short of my own rendition of the "The Fast and the Furious". I started in the legal department, but later moved into the Global People Organization, specifically in the talent acquisition space where I spent 7 years. After that, I moved into our People Enablement space - seeking to optimize processes and policies for our associates in the stores. Having a passion for people, project management, and being a proud Walmart associate has given me a healthy 'obsession' and ability to champion the experiences for all.
