Supported the bank in testing responsibilities while in the midst of the bank's most major initiative in their history – Migration of credit card consumer products to the TSYS platform.In my role I conducted Test Lead training summits (over 70 test teams – SIT and UAT)for introducing standards around building test scripts based on Business Requirements as well as the build and format structure in Quality Center. In preparation for the major TSYS release I had oversight for 2 monthly releases which were a prerequisite. Conducted daily meetings with the test leads, monitoring and triage of defects and executive dashboard reporting. I had a close and productive relationship with the Tech Partners which was conducive to meeting the demands of a very tight implementation window. Responsible for attending executive level change control meetings for the purpose of quickly responding to approvals and disseminating to the Test Teams for impact assessment. End to end reaction: Communication to test leads, recording impact response, organizing test objective walk throughs for introducing and approving new test objectives.

Oversight of IST and UAT testing efforts across all lines of business as well as Control Partners and Third Parties as it relates to a major initiative for Collection Litigation and Sworn Documents.Liaison between the testing resources, Audit, Compliance, Enterprise Quality Management, and Legal.
