I joined CPL in 2000 and relocated back to Cork to set up the Cork office, CPL's 3rd Regional office outside of Dublin. Initially, as part of a team of 3 based in Cork, I was responsible for identifying a new Client base within the Munster Region and delivering an excellent recruitment Service. As the team expanded to 15, my role became more Business Development and People Management focused. As part of the CPL Management team, I reported to the CEO and had P&L responsibility. .

Having joined this start up operation as a graduate, I was one of nine people chosen to attend a 6 moth training program at the Company HQ in Boston.
