I want to win. "If you're not first your last" is something that has been hanging on my wall for years. I pour my heart into every role I'm in to do the best and drive the strongest results. I'm not focused on my next role or promotion... I'm focused on the job at hand and I want to do the absolute best in that role. I have extensive experience securing materials and goods to optimize company operations and drive results including managing inventories, scheduling purchases, negotiating with suppliers, and leading teams. My passion is people and the relationships I have with them. I am proud of the team I've led (and promoted) and the relationships I've built with the vendor community. I now consider them my friends and family. I pride myself on being honest and fair, and this has helped me be highly successful in driving results. I believe in being real with people and have found this to be the quickest way to gain respect and alignment with the goals we have. I love to work with people that lift each other up and collaborate to drive results. With my team, I believe in leading/coaching but not micro-managing. I want to be there for them, but also give them the space to create and learn on their own.
