Dedicated to the Wells Fargo account, leads all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk) for financial institution projects.Leads the refurbishment of furniture, space design, carpet, lighting, corporate, office and any additional client-designated space.Conducts site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor the status of work completed during the delivery schedule.Implements CBRE standards to complex real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.Supports infrastructure construction and renovation projects, ensures detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements. Perform training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.Builds strong relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements.Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.
