Works closely with the Senior Program Manager and Research Coordinator to:- Provide graphics-related support to programs, including (but not limited to)presentations, publicity materials, visual assets, etc.- Design, typeset and proofread materials for print and web publication- Support for the management of digital assets- Storing digital assets used and produced in internal FIT-ED folders (i.e. videos, photos,presentations, etc.) for easy access and navigation by the organization- Ensuring quality of assets uploaded, and observance of processes and guidelines forclearance, and copyrights.

Conduct regular assessments of advocacy and communication needs, advocating forthe project's importance and technical aspects both internally and externally, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and disseminate advocacy materials with sensitivity to cultural and gender considerations, creating social media campaigns, organizing events, and producing various communication materials in coordination with the project team.

Perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks supporting the project team.

• Manage the local-level aspects of projects, both in Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur, and ensure that collaborations among team member and partners are running smoothly• Ensure that work plan is efficiently implemented and followed through• Prepare project reports in collaboration with the MEAL Officer and the Program Manager• Attend events, high-level meetings, and other relevant project-related events.• Lead the local coordination with government agencies, civil society organizations, schools, and other stakeholders as may be identified during the course of the production of inception documents and implementation of the project• Contribute to the drafting and writing of the official program guide, messaging tool kit, and communications strategy based on the results of the participatory message development sessions• Organize meetings and lead communication with local subgrantees, youth peace influencers, government agencies, media and school partners, religious leaders, and target communities.• Attend to other tasks as may be assigned by the Executive Director from time to time. • Draft communication letters, invitations and other pertinent documents, as may be required;• Prepare minutes of the meetings for events attended;• Attend Pre and Post event briefings and assessments;• Provide updates and reports on activities to the Media and Communications Team of IDEALS

• Manage the aspects of the project at the local-level and ensure that collaborations among team members and partners are running smoothly. • Keep detailed project notes, records, manage all the local paperwork and finances, and mitigate issues and assess which ones will be raised to the Project Coordinator.• Attend events, high-level meetings, and other relevant project-related events.• Prepare a monthly report using the template provided for by the project. • In coordination with EAI PH's Media Content Producer, prepare the Radio Program Guide and lead the local-level brainstorming, pre-production, and production of the 156 radio program episodes. • Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders and contacting of guests to be interviewed in the program and prepare daily highlights of the radio program in coordination with the Media Liaison Officer.• Serve as the Managing Editor of the rebranded S'bang Ka Marawi. • Lead the local-level production of the 6 S'bang Ka Marawi newsletters through facilitating the call for contributions from community patrollers, ensuring monthly contributions, determining the relevance of the materials, and collating said materials.• Suggest ideas, assign articles, and handle minor editorial problems in both newsletter and radio program.• Ensure distribution and readership of the newsletters and identify communities where the public address systems and newsstands will be installed.• Network with local news organizations and other stakeholders for wider publishing of materials and story pitching to mainstream news media. • Draft communication letters, invitations and other pertinent documents, as may be required;• Attend meetings/events with stakeholders and partners to ensure cooperation/complementation of efforts related to the legal missions.

Primarily responsible for creating design and layout collaterals, publications, website, e-bulletin, social media, video productions.- Coordinate with the Knowledge Management and Learning Manager and other Program Managers for needed designs- Gather texts, images, and other materials needed to create design- Prepare draft designs, gather comments incorporate them into final design- Coordinate and supervise printing of materials

- Head of the Secretariat Committee- Handle the internal administrative arm of the organization responsible for logistics, information dissemination, and documentation and archiving- Oversee the provision of assistance to ensure that the internal projects of the organization are accomplished properly- As a member of the executive board, prepare the logistical arrangements of meetings and documentation.
