Communicated metrics (resource, development and cost analysis) to upper management using Tableau software and Excel pivot tables. A company restructure outsourced my role and my department in late 2014.

My position at Coca-Cola Enterprises moved to the newly formed Coca-Cola Refreshments after The Coca-Cola Company purchased the North American bottling portion of Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2010. Guided team of SAP ABAP application programmers, developers and engineers (employees and contractors) and delivered quality solutions on time and within budget. Worked actively in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support and training. Set expectations and managed challenges within technical team and functional counterparts. Mentored and provided technical guidance to functional and technical teams.

Initially hired to help transition the software development team from the mainframe to the AS/400 platform (COBOL, RGP, CL, SQL, OS/400, APIs). Active in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Designed, developed and led numerous AS/400 projects (custom code and infrastructure). Mentored team members on object oriented coding techniques, stressing efficiency and maintainability. Received internal SAP ABAP training and transitioned from the AS/400 development team to the SAP development team. Designed and developed SAP ABAP solutions to meet CCE business requirements.
