Set expectations and managed challenges within technical team and functional counterparts. Mentored and provided technical guidance to functional and technical teams.

Initially hired to help transition the software development team from the mainframe to the AS/400 platform (COBOL, RGP, CL, SQL, OS/400, APIs). Active in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Designed, developed and led numerous AS/400 projects (custom code and infrastructure). Mentored team members on object oriented coding techniques, stressing efficiency and maintainability. Received internal SAP ABAP training and transitioned from the AS/400 development team to the SAP development team. Designed and developed SAP ABAP solutions to meet CCE business requirements.
