I joined in Earth Hour based in Malang. Earth Hour focuses on environment issue. Our annual movement is Earth Hour Day, the main activity is switching off the electricity current for one hour starting from 8.30 p.m. until 9.30 p.m. This movement always held once in a year every fourth week of March.In This divsion I learn to make design needs such as, rememberance days, making template, proposal cover, merchandise and social media. When we had a program, I also did photo documentation.

In this Division I took a role as a head of Human Resources Development. In this role, me and my team had to make a program that can develop and gather all the staffs of Societo Sineklub such as gathering, training, and workshops, and Turnover Posisition program.For Gathering event we make it as fun as possible to welcome the new staffs, in gathering the event fill with introducing about Societo, learning about kinds of jobdesc in movie and fun game. In training, our goal is to grow the sense of belonging for the new staffs and attaching each other with old staffs of Societo. In this training the event fill with watching movie, making movie, games, sharing experiences and introducing the history of Societo. For workshops program our goal to give more knowledge and practice about movie making and movie appreciation. Our last program is turnover the position, our goal in this program is deciding the new leader of Societo Sineclub.
