Dianne manages all aspects of engineering and environmental consulting projects from inception to completion including: contract negotiation; project management; engaging and managing technical subconsultants and subcontractors; conducting due diligence ; and obtaining permits and approvals. Dianne provides marketing, business development and management consulting to small and mid-size professional services firms.

Dianne managed all aspects of the chapter's activities, including the 20+ ACI certification programs per year. She was also editor and publisher of the NJ Chapter Newsletter. During Dianne's tenure with the NJ Chapter, membership grew from 130 to in excess of 500 members.The New Jersey Chapter received the ACI "Excellent" or "Outstanding" Chapter Award from 1989 through 2015. Dianne received the ACI Chapter Activities Award in 2002 for outstanding contribution to Chapter activities of the institute.Dianne served as the program coordinator for the New Jersey Annual Concrete Awards Dinner for 20 years, and served as Chairperson in 2009, 2012 and 2013.Dianne was honored with the NJ Concrete Awards "Lifetime Achievement Award" in May 2014.
