• Project management, from technical definition to project closure.• Creation and execution of schedules.• Mitigation of risks through strategic documents and development of new national and international suppliers.• Detailed planning for project development, creation of technical drawings, and assembly/testing of prototypes.• Request and maintain product structures in the ERP system PROTHEUS.• Active contribution to continuous process improvement, training application, development of procedures, and creation of process inspection reports.• Project monitoring and control.• Participation in customer return investigations and technical support for equipment.• Assist other departments as needed.

Calibration of various measurement equipment in dimensional, torque, hardness, pressure, physico-chemical, thermodynamic, viscosity, time, and flow areas. Operating coordinate measuring machine, profilometer, and roughness tester for part measurements. Reviewing uncertainty calculation spreadsheets and calibration procedures. Maintenance of equipment when necessary.

Mechanical projects focusing on safety compliance (NR12) for potentially hazardous machinery such as wire drawing machines, extruders, big bag handlers, winding machines, among others. Mechanical design of safety and automation devices for machinery. Creation of mechanical parts drawings (2D / 3D) for manufacturing using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software. Compilation of bill of materials. Development of renderings for finished projects to clearly and explanatorily present the necessary and planned implementations.
