I am responsible for the development of web applications and software that calculate eligibility points for Canadian immigration under Federal and Provincial Programs. My role encompasses the design, development, and deployment of online platforms that enable users to input their information and automatically generate reports indicating the immigration programs they qualify for based on the provided data.

- Consulted on web architecture, hardware/software requirements, and developed online applications for over 100 customers, mostly small businesses increasing their presence online.- Produced graphic and multimedia designs, including animations, video, motion graphics, and 3D modeling for dozens of customers to update their online and offline presence.- Managed projects in various locations in LATAM and languages, mostly Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

I served as a Technical Advisor to the Presidency of the National Assembly of Ecuador, where I assumed a multifaceted role in overseeing various aspects of the institution's administration. My responsibilities encompassed crucial areas such as Communications, Information Technology, and Human Resources. I provided valuable guidance on strategic planning, technology implementation, and the introduction of e-voting systems. Additionally, I managed the development and maintenance of online and app-based tools designed to enhance citizen interaction with legislative processes. Through these efforts, I significantly contributed to fostering greater citizen engagement with the institution. Moreover, I played an instrumental role in streamlining and optimizing the overall administration and organization of the National Assembly, ensuring its efficient functioning during this period.

I supervised strategic planning, project management, and the analysis of company policies. My responsibilities included overseeing development teams in the creation of customer service platforms and developing intranet tools with statistics for decision-making processes. I possess strong technical and strategic skills. Additionally, I co-authored several papers for the Telecommunications Industry Research, covering topics such as Wholesale Telecommunications Trends, Enterprise Architecture Case Studies, Mobile Financial Services, Artificial Intelligence, Fixed Wireless Access 5G, Global and Regional SME Business Trends, Netflix as an Unavoidable Ally, ARPU Growth vs. Mobile Internet Traffic, and Cisco VNI - Mobile User Growth. I also served as a co-author and coordinator for the development of the Business General Plan, Expansion, and Investment of CNT EP 2019, as well as the Business Strategic Plan of CNT EP 2019-2021.

As a technical advisor to the Commission on Economic and Tax Regime, I was responsible for providing guidance to commission members on legislative techniques, alignment with national planning, public policy, as well as comparative national and international legislation. I also authored several bills, including the Bankruptcy Law Bill, the "Gobierno de honestos" Bill to establish procedures to take corrupt polititians to the stand and streghthen the time in jail they might have to face, the "Adios Supercom" Bill that advocated for freedom of speech elimitating an institution that was created in the past to censor media contents, the "Informante civico" Bill that allowed people to freely report corruption annonimously having the opportunity to have a reward of the assets retrieved, and others.

Supervision of research projects for the defense of the rights of residential public services users. Co-creator, along with the technical team, of the theoretical framework for handling cases of potential violations of user and consumer rights. Co-author of the study on residential public services in Ecuador, a multi-criteria/multi-level analysis that helps identify existing gaps in the country to achieve international standards and the full exercise of rights.

The flagship project of the University of the Arts was originally created by the National Secretariat for Planning and Development, later adopted by the Ministry of Culture and Heritage. Its aim was to establish an institution offering arts education, primarily in the coastal region of Ecuador, with various programs related to audiovisual production, performing arts, music, and literature. I was involved in the construction, launch, and inauguration of the university. We transformed an unfinished building into a fully operational learning center in less than three months, welcoming the first cohort of nearly 200 students from across the country.
