My time as an operations manager in a growing company was exactly what you’d think it was like. I was a person that could get things done. It took quite a personal investment to be a liaison to every department but I was happy to oblige. For me, executing & seeing all of the work I did manifest itself into a customer experience was really rewarding. Tackling a challenge with my colleagues was joyful, made everyone’s life easier, and helped grow the company.In my free time I like to enjoy surfing, live music, the outdoors, flying my drone, & fitness. All these things combine to help me sharpen my skills and focus my attention on accomplishing goals. What I took away from working in that role was being the best version of myself while also getting the most out of others. If you can understand people, it goes a long way in the pursuit of everything & anything.
