I am responsible for the vision and direction for Innovation Engineering Services for North America and Asia/Pacific. I conceived and delivered the cloud transformation for the flagship AI Chatbot product (Sophie) with over 100,000 users. The chatbot was re-engineered into a cloud native architecture and the organization was transformed to a product mindset for SaaS delivery. The SaaS platform built to host the chatbot is also used to host all internal cloud applications using a cohesive and fully integrated tool chain from development to production support. My focus is currently building and deploying LLM solutions and enhancing our chatbot to provide enterprise ready capabilities without the typical challenges of ChatGPT.
