CPI function is designed to provide a PM resource to AE to from project to proof of concept or handshake to PO. More specifically, the CPI resource is responsible for the following: - Enable sales by introducing new products and features to the customer and successfully managing new products through the customer’s certification process to get purchase order issued- Manages the process for key strategic products that need to be certified in the customers network and follow up to Sales Achievement for the Account Team and eventual hand off to the operations team.- Works closely with the Account Team, SE’s, PLM, Engineering, Customer Service, and Pro Services to align Juniper resources to the customer’s vision and implementation for the specified network- Develop and expand relationships with customer Planning, Engineering, Architecture, and Project Management teams to embed Juniper products and drive future sales- Presents project status, milestones, product development status to senior customer management and to the Juniper management teams to ensure alignment between the companies. - Maintains ALL CPI project management documentation to include input from Technical Leader - Create and Maintain Action Register Spreadsheet - Coordinates with Customer Project PM/Leaders for Logistical requirements, review of action/issue register for consistency, etc.- Provides a weekly digest update to Juniper Key Stakeholders on overall project status and high-priority events for the week- Chairs and coordinate all CPI project conference calls
